How to Register on Slotupia With Your Nigerian Phone Number

Signing up for Slotupia takes about a minute and costs nothing. All you need is a phone number that can receive SMS. This guide walks you through each screen and covers the problems Nigerian players hit most often, from OTP codes that don't arrive to the "account already exists" message.

What you need

Step 1: Open play.slotupia.com

Type play.slotupia.com in your browser or tap a Slotupia link. Tap Sign Up. If you only want a look first, try demo mode; you can register later.

Step 2: Enter your phone number

Make sure the area code is set to +234. Then type your number without the leading zero, for example 803 123 4567 rather than 0803 123 4567. This is the number-one reason codes go missing.

Step 3: Enter the 6-digit verification code

We'll send a 6-digit code by SMS. Type it in the box. If the code is wrong you'll see "The code you entered is incorrect"; check for typos and try again. Codes expire after a short time, so use the newest one.

Code not arriving?

  1. Wait until the resend timer ends, then tap Resend.
  2. Check the +234 area code and that you dropped the leading 0.
  3. Make sure you have network signal. Toggling airplane mode on and off can help.
  4. If you've enabled DND (Do-Not-Disturb) on your line, some promotional SMS may be blocked. Text "STOP" rules vary by network, so check your DND settings.
  5. Check your SMS spam or blocked folder.
  6. Still nothing? Wait 10 minutes and try again, or email support.

Step 4: Create a password and player name

Pick a strong password you don't use elsewhere. Your player name is what shows on leaderboards. It needs at least 8 characters using letters A–Z and numbers 0–9, with no symbols. Choose something you're happy for others to see.

Step 5: Add an invite code (optional)

Step 6: Claim your starter tickets

"Account already exists"

This means your number is already registered. Choose Sign In and use your phone number and password. Forgot your password? Use the reset option on the sign-in screen.

Registration fails on one browser?
