Troubleshooting

No install option: update Chrome from the Play Store, then reload the page.
Icon missing: some launchers (common on Tecno, Infinix and itel) put new apps in the app drawer. Long-press it and drag it to your home screen.
Blank screen after opening: check your connection and reopen. If it persists, clear Chrome's cache for the site.
Low storage warning: the web-app is tiny, but your phone needs a little free space for its cache. Clear old WhatsApp media if storage is full.

Is it safe?

Yes. Installing a web-app doesn't give it access to your files, contacts or SMS. It's the same website, just saved to your home screen. Slotupia will never ask you to download an APK from a random link. If someone sends you a "Slotupia APK", don't install it.
