Tickets are your free entry passes to tournaments. Every lobby shows how many tickets it costs to register, usually one or more.

Every player receives 3 free tickets each day. They are issued automatically at midnight (00:00), and unused tickets reset when the new day's tickets arrive, so use them before the day ends.

Invite friends with your personal invite code. When a friend signs up with your code, both of you receive an extra free ticket. Daily check-ins, treasure chests and events can also give bonus tickets or coins.

Each tournament room has a fixed number of player slots. Once every slot is filled, the match starts automatically and a countdown timer and live leaderboard appear.

No. You can only be registered for one match at a time. To join a different room, cancel your current registration or wait until your current match finishes.

Everyone starts a match with the same free tournament coins. Your score is how much your coin balance grows: every coin you win from spins, combos and bonus rounds counts as points, and there is no cap, so you can finish far above your starting coins. Points only, never cash.

Top finishers win in-game points rewards such as bonus coins, extra tickets, badges and leaderboard titles. These rewards are for fun and bragging rights only and have no cash value.

Open the game once a day and tap Check In. Each day in a row moves your streak forward and the rewards grow the longer you keep it going. Miss a day and your streak starts again.

Several times a day a limited-time treasure chest opens on a published schedule. Be online during the window to claim it. Some chests contain coins or tickets; others say Good Luck Next Round.

Games unlock only after the match starts. If the room isn't full yet you'll see 'The match is not ready yet'. Wait for more players to join.

The timer has ended and the final ranking is being calculated. Check the result in the lobby a few moments later.

Rooms close when they fill or start. Register for another room in the same lobby; new rooms open automatically.

That lobby costs more tickets than you have. Pick a cheaper lobby, wait for your 3 free tickets at midnight, or invite a friend for a bonus ticket.

Private lobbies are created for special events, communities or partners. The organiser shares the password; without it you can join any public lobby.

Yes. If you try to register for a new room while a match is running, you can confirm ending the current match early. Your score for that match is final at that point.

Open My, then Personal Info. You can set or change your player name, change your login password and bind an email address to hear about upcoming tournaments first.

My, then Match Record shows every match you played. Reward History lists every in-game reward you've earned.

It's optional, but alerts tell you the moment your room fills and your match starts, when results are ready, and when a friend joins with your invite code.

It's where current events live: invite-friend events, the daily treasure chest, daily check-in and share events. Some events have daily, weekly or monthly claim limits.

Some events ask you to share Slotupia and upload a screenshot as proof. Our team reviews it (Pending, Approved or Rejected) and approved entries receive in-game rewards. Up to 10 images, 25 MB each.

Not at the moment. Every player has the same access to tournaments and free tickets.

Each event's rules are published in the game. If there's any dispute, the official Slotupia announcement for that event applies.

No. Slotupia never asks for ID, bank details or KYC, because there is nothing to pay out. Anyone asking for these in our name is a scammer.
