Slotupia

Safety & Scam Warnings

Slotupia is free, so anyone asking you for money, bank details or ID in our name is not us. Here's how to stay safe.

Official addresses

Any other domain, "mirror" site or number using our name is not official.

Common scams

Protect your account

  1. Never share your verification code or password.
  2. Use a unique password.
  3. Bind your email in My › Personal Info for recovery.
  4. Sign out on shared phones.
  5. Watch for messages that pressure you to act fast.

Spotting fake ads

Real Slotupia ads say "free tournaments" and "points only". If an ad promises money, withdrawals or "no deposit cash", it's not ours; please report it to us and to the platform.

Report a problem

Email support@slotupia.com with screenshots, the link or number used, and the time (WAT). For fraud involving your bank, contact your bank immediately.

Young people

Slotupia is 18+. Parents can use device controls and should tell us if a minor is playing.

Gambling help

If gambling elsewhere is causing harm, see the Nigerian helplines on our Responsible Play page.

If you were scammed

What to include in a message

Tell us your Slotupia player name (never your password), the device and browser you use, what happened and roughly when. A screenshot helps. For match problems, include the format and start time from your Match Record.

Response times

We aim to reply within two working days. Questions already answered in the FAQ are the fastest to resolve, so check there first.

Staying safe online

Slotupia staff will never ask for your password, bank details, BVN or payment of any kind. Ignore anyone claiming to sell tickets or points, or offering to convert points to cash; that is not possible and is a scam. Report such messages to us.
