Current Tournaments: Arena Battle, Ace Battle and Warrior Lobby Explained
· Slotupia Team · Tournament News

Slotupia runs several tournament formats side by side, and new rooms open throughout the day. This post explains the current line-up so you can pick the right one for the time you have. Every format is free to enter with tickets and pays in-game rewards only.
At a glance
| Format | Match length | Entry | Players per room |
|---|---|---|---|
| Arena Battle | 20-minute rounds | 1 ticket | Up to 100 |
| Warrior Lobby | 30 minutes | 1 ticket | Up to 100 |
| Ace Battle | 1 hour | 2 tickets | Up to 100 |

Arena Battle
The quick one. Arena Battle rooms run in short rounds, which makes them ideal for a lunch break or a bus ride. Because rooms are large, the leaderboard is lively and there are plenty of ranks in the reward table. With only 20 minutes on the clock, pace matters: don't burn your coins in the first few minutes. Medium-volatility games work well here (see volatility explained).

Warrior Lobby
A middle-length match. Thirty minutes gives you time to build a steady base, check the leaderboard and plan a late push. It's a good format for practising the three-phase approach in our last-one-standing strategy guide.

Ace Battle
The marathon. Ace Battle costs a little more to enter and runs for a full hour, so it suits evenings when you can give it your attention. Longer matches reward consistency: lower-volatility games help you keep coins in reserve, and you'll have time for several feature attempts. Make sure your phone is charged and your connection is stable.
How every format works
- Pick a lobby card on the home screen and read its rules and reward table.
- Register with your tickets.
- The room starts automatically when it's full.
- Choose any game from the match list and play your tournament coins.
- The live leaderboard ranks everyone; the final ranking is set when the timer ends.
You can only be registered in one room at a time. More details are in the Tournaments guide.
Which should you pick?
- Got 20 minutes? Arena Battle.
- Got half an hour? Warrior Lobby.
- Free for the evening? Ace Battle.
Getting enough tickets
You get 3 free tickets every day at midnight, enough for three 1-ticket rooms or one Ace Battle plus one quick room. Invite friends, check in daily and catch the treasure chests for more. See how to get free tickets every day.

Play Free NowWhich format should you try first?
Start with an Arena Battle: it is short, costs one ticket and teaches you the rhythm of a match. Move to Warrior Lobby when you want more time to adjust, and try Ace Battle once you are comfortable pacing coins over a longer session. Whichever you choose, register only for rooms you can finish, keep your steady game and feature game ready in demo mode, and check the leaderboard at fixed moments rather than constantly.
Tournament terms to know
- Room / lobby: one match of up to 100 players.
- Format: Arena Battle (20 min, 1 ticket), Warrior Lobby (30 min, 1 ticket) or Ace Battle (1 hour, 2 tickets).
- Points: your balance growth over the starting coins; no cap, never negative.

- Tie-break: the earlier scorer ranks higher.
Before every match
Collect your free tickets, choose a format you can finish, open your steady game and your feature game in demo mode, check your battery and connection, and decide in advance when you will look at the leaderboard. A minute of preparation helps more than any lucky ritual. Everything on Slotupia is free-to-play and points only: no deposits, no paid entries and no cash prizes, ever.
Three-phase match plan
Opening third: play your steady game at a spin size you can sustain, and aim simply to be in profit. Middle third: check the leaderboard and decide whether you are protecting or chasing. Keep a reserve of coins either way. Final third: if protecting, drop to a steady game and smaller spins; if chasing, move to a feature game early enough for the feature to land and finish, and turn on turbo. After the match, write one line in your notes about what you would change. This plan works across all three formats; only the timings stretch for longer rooms.
How we report tournament news
Formats, ticket costs and event details are announced in the game first and added here once confirmed. Results recaps use official final standings only, and any example tables on this site are labelled as samples. If something in a news post differs from what you see in the game, the game is correct; let us know so we can update the post.

Scoring in every format
In every format, everyone starts with the same free coins, and your score is the points you win, the growth of your balance, with no cap. A good free-spins round can lift you far above your starting coins. See the leaderboard page for how rankings and reward tiers work.
What to read next
Before you start
Make sure you have a stable connection, an up-to-date browser and your daily tickets collected. If you are on mobile data, load the game on Wi-Fi first where possible, then switch; cached files make later visits faster.
Free to play, always
Slotupia is free-to-play. You never deposit, never withdraw and never stake money. Tickets come from check-ins, invites, missions and events, and every prize is points. That is the key difference from betting apps, which take real money and carry real financial risk.
